To suggest matches, Higxel securely sends only the first five parsed rows and, when needed, unmatched unique category names through its backend to OpenAI. You still review everything before importing. Confirmed records use normal Higxel cloud sync. Export layouts vary. Receipt images, attachments, and transfer records are not imported. Receipt details stay editable, and saved records remain manageable from the app. When importing, check dates, amounts, account assignments, and balances, especially if your starting balance already includes those transactions.
