The Higher Up Plan

The Higher Up Plan is the AI-powered training partner built for serious lifters who want to stop guessing and start progressing. It brings programming, recovery, logging, and nutrition together in one focused app — so every session moves you higher. AI STRENGTH COACH Tell Higher Up your goal and training history, and it builds a personalized multi-day weekly strength program grounded in proven lifting methodology. Get specific exercise selection, sets, reps, target weights, and RPE recommendations tailored to where you are right now. As you log more, the AI keeps refining your plan around your real progress. SMART REST & MUSCLE FATIGUE MAP Recovery is where strength is built. The Higher Up Plan's Smart Rest system tracks fatigue muscle by muscle and visualizes it on an interactive body map. See exactly which muscle groups are fresh, which are still recovering, and when each is ready to train hard again — so you push when it counts and rest when you should. INTELLIGENT WORKOUT LOGGING Logging is fast and frictionless. Add exercises in seconds with "Find with AI," then track sets, reps, and weight on a clean gym-floor interface. Higher Up automatically shows your "Last vs. Next" numbers so you always know exactly what to beat for true progressive overload. Live session stats keep you dialed in on duration and total volume. AI NUTRITION ESTIMATOR Skip the tedious macro math. Just type what you ate in plain language — "Big Mac with medium fries" — and the AI estimates calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber, complete with a confidence rating. Your daily "Today's Fuel" breakdown keeps you on target without barcode scanning or endless searching. PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS Watch the work add up. Higher Up tracks total volume lifted, workout streaks, and personal records across a rolling 90-day window. Volume sparklines, "Most Trained" breakdowns, and PR rankings turn your training history into clear, motivating signal. PERSONALIZED PROFILE Track body metrics like weight, BMI, muscle mass, and body fat, and set goals — strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, and more — that directly shape the AI's recommendations. The more it knows, the better it coaches.
