hi feelings

Welcome to hi feelings, your companion for emotional well-being through self reflections. An emotional productivity tool designed to Speak Your Heart - To Yourself: Express your thoughts and feelings through Journals and write Letters to your future self. - To Loved Ones: Share your feelings with Letters or engage in **Gift Your Time activities. - To a Listener: **Have a heartfelt conversation with the kindest humans on the planet via a call. **Coming in a future update. IFEEL CARD - The ifeel card is a unique journaling experience that erases what you've written after 30 days. - Just like our emotions, most of what we feel today fades away within 15-30 days. The ifeel card captures this natural cycle, offering you a clean slate every month. IFEEL MEMORIES - Add an ifeel card to Memories to revisit it later. While the card might disappear after 30 days, Memories brings it back to you when you need it the most. - On days when you’re feeling low, you’ll be surprised with an uplifting ifeel card that you wrote to yourself. It’s like receiving a personalized, heartfelt message from your past self—far more impactful than any random motivational quote on the internet. LETTERS - Transform an ifeel card into a Letter and store it in your personal Letter Box. This way, you can revisit your thoughts whenever you want. - Send the letter to yourself or share it with someone special. SCHEDULED LETTERS - Want to make someone's birthday extra special? Schedule a letter for them to read on their big day. - You can also send a letter to your future self. Whether it’s a year from now or 5 years later, these letters will be waiting for you to rediscover. “We’re now inviting you to join as a listener on the app, helping us build a community of the kindest humans. Our goal is to bring together compassionate individuals willing to give 30 minutes of their time, once a week, to listen to someone’s feelings."
