マンション管理士, (Condominium Management Specialist) is the national qualification for professionals who manage condominiums in Japan. Passing it requires a broad command of five subject areas: law, practice, building structure and equipment, accounting and taxation, and related matters. This app is a drill book for that exam. Dark mode and four text sizes are built in, and your study record can be exported to a backup file and imported on another device. PRIVACY BY DESIGN The app does not declare the INTERNET permission, so Android prevents it from opening any network connection at all. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and nothing to sign up for. Your study record never leaves your device, and a reset button on the Records screen erases it in one tap. All 940 items currently carry a "needs review" marker inside the app: they are drafted against the cited provisions but have not yet been re-checked line by line by a qualified reviewer.
