SEGUL GUI is a high-performance and accessible phylogenomic tool. The app provides functions to manipulate and summarize large-scale genomic data in a fast and easy way. It has a growing list of features. Current version can do: 1. Alignment concatenation, filtering, splitting, and conversion. 2. Alignment, genomic read, and contig summary statistics. 3. Sequence extraction, removal, translation, and renaming. 4. Sequence ID extraction and mapping.

We continue to improve SEGUI. This release includes bug fixes and improved device support.
