HERE Foundation is a free wellbeing app built for people and communities living through hard times. Everything works without an internet connection, there is no account to create, and we never sell or advertise with your data. CALM IN MINUTES Guided audio practices, breathing exercises and gentle nature scenes help settle your body and mind. Check in with how you feel before and after, and watch your progress over time. LEARN SKILLS THAT LAST A library of 30 short lessons in plain language, written for real life: - Stress and Calm: how stress lives in the body, and four ways to release it - Trauma and Healing: what trauma is, and why healing is possible - Hard Conversations: the words we choose, and four steps for saying difficult things - Deep Listening: helping others feel heard, apologies and repair - Conflict and Nonviolence: the stages of conflict, and choosing not to return harm - Making Peace: being a peacemaker in your family and community - Raising Children: parenting when life has been hard, discipline without harm - Managing Money: knowing your money, saving, loans, and money in a crisis Lessons are available in English, French and Swahili, with more languages coming. WHEN THINGS FEEL TOO MUCH A one-tap SOS breathing technique is always within reach. THE PEACE MAP If you choose to, add your session to a global map showing how people around the world are feeling. It's annonymous, with your location blurred to about 11 km / 7 mi. Contributing is always your choice. BUILT FOR LOW CONNECTIVITY - Works fully offline: practices, lessons and the map are all on your phone - Small on data: sends only anonymous usage counts, and only on WiFi unless you say otherwise - Interface in English, French, Swahili, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish and Tagalog PRIVACY BY DESIGN No sign-up. No email or phone number. Any name you enter stays on your device. Analytics can be turned off in Settings at any time, and you can delete everything the app stores with one tap.
