HEPLANO Build: Daily Log

HEPLANO Build is a construction site diary and daily log for your phone: record progress, photos, defects, obstructions and work hours right on the job site – and turn them into a professional PDF report for a single day, a week or any period you choose. Made for tradespeople, site managers, foremen and small construction companies who want fast jobsite documentation without the paperwork. FEATURES • Projects and areas: progress per area in percent, overall progress at a glance • Timeline with search: every site diary entry in chronological order, searchable by description, area or location • Jobsite photos: take photos and mark them up with your finger • Defects and obstructions: track them as open or done, with photo and area – your punch list in the same app • Work hours: log time for several workers at once, with a separate note for each worker • Voice input (optional): dictate descriptions instead of typing • PDF report: progress, photos, defects and work hours for any period, plus JSON export • Encrypted backup that you store yourself; with a password you can restore it from a file, e.g. on a new device • App lock with fingerprint, face or device PIN (optional, off by default) WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL The core features work offline – handy in basements, underground garages or on remote sites. Only the optional voice input uses Android speech recognition and usually needs an internet connection; HEPLANO does not store any audio. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No sign-up, no HEPLANO account, no ads, no HEPLANO cloud. Your project data is stored encrypted locally on your phone; exported PDF and JSON files are yours to manage. FREE TO START Free with one project. Premium unlocks unlimited projects – a one-time purchase, no subscription. Note: HEPLANO Build is for your own records. It does not replace any site diary required by contract or by law, nor a legally required working-time recording system. Available in 16 languages.
