HelperBook: Maid & Milk Hisab

Maid attendance, salary and milk hisab — in one simple app, in English or हिंदी. HelperBook keeps a clean, fair record for your household helpers — maid (kaamwali bai), cook, driver, nanny, cleaner — and your milkman. Salary day takes two minutes, not twenty, and nobody argues. ✅ MAID ATTENDANCE IN ONE TAP Mark present, absent or half-day in seconds. Forgot to mark a day? It counts as present, so the record never underpays. A calendar shows the whole month at a glance. 💰 SALARY CALCULATED FOR YOU Set the monthly salary and paid leaves. HelperBook works out the salary from attendance: paid leaves are covered, half-days deduct half, and a mid-month joining is pro-rated. The same fair math every month, for every helper. 📒 ADVANCES NEVER FORGOTTEN Note advances, festival bonuses, extra work and deductions with a date and note. Record every payment. One running balance shows what you owe — or the advance still pending — on any day of the month. 🥛 MILK HISAB (DOODH KA HISAB) Add your milkman with each type of milk — toned, full cream, buffalo, cow — and its price per litre. Note each day's milk in ½-litre steps; his usual quantity is already filled in, just tap Save. Only the milk you enter is billed. The monthly milk bill adds itself up, with litres for each type. A price rise applies from that day on; older days keep the old rate. 🧾 A STATEMENT BOTH SIDES TRUST Show the full hisab on screen, share it as a PDF, or send a month's salary breakup on WhatsApp. Statements always show English and Hindi, so your helper can read every line. 🔔 A GENTLE DAILY REMINDER One optional reminder at a time you pick. It goes quiet once the day is marked. Mark attendance straight from the notification or the home-screen widget. 🔒 PRIVATE AND OFFLINE No signup. No account. Works without internet. Your records stay on your phone. Back up to a file or a folder you choose, and move to a new phone anytime. Made for Indian households. Free.
