A List Live

A List is an Android point-of-sale and shop operations app for businesses whose workspace has been provisioned by the A List service. It is designed for cashiers, managers and business owners. An activation code and an assigned staff PIN are required. Run day-to-day shop work from one place: • Create sale invoices and receipts, sale orders, quotations, proforma invoices and returns. • Manage products, prices, categories, units, stock, batches, expiry dates, serial tags and warehouses. • Keep customer and supplier records, balances, loyalty points and payment terms. • Record purchases, expenses, cash and bank movements, internal business-ledger transfers and staff payments. • Prepare packages and delivery workflows, including Royal Express 100 × 150 mm waybills. • Review dashboards, reports, day books, statements and stock activity. • Scan barcodes with the camera and import product data. • Print receipts, labels and business documents using supported Bluetooth or LAN printers. • Share generated receipts and documents through compatible apps installed on the device. • Optionally manage staff attendance using a PIN or manager-enabled face verification. A List is an online service. A working internet connection is required for business-data reads and writes. Available modules and actions depend on the shop's plan, configuration and the signed-in staff member's permissions.
