Helix

Helix is an evidence-based fitness app that builds your training program from published research, learns how you respond, and puts an AI coach in your pocket. TRAINING Helix generates a personalised lifting program from your experience, available equipment, schedule, goals and injuries. Progression, volume targets and exercise selection are handled automatically: you just show up and train. Programs cover 3 to 6 days per week across multiple splits (full body, upper/lower, push pull legs, and hybrids). Every exercise comes with technique cues and the research behind why it is in your program. Set counts are built to land inside published volume ranges for every muscle, not just the big ones. ADAPTS TO YOU Most apps apply averages. Helix learns from your own logged sets: it models how each lift responds to training and, once it has enough of your history, runs careful one-variable experiments to find what actually works for your body. When there is no difference, it tells you that too. AI COACH Your coach has your full profile, program and training history open, so you get real answers instead of generic advice. Ask it to change an exercise and it proposes ranked, research-backed alternatives you apply in one tap. It remembers your injuries, dislikes and goals, and writes you a plain-language review of your training every week. NUTRITION Log food by photo, voice, text or barcode. Helix calculates daily targets from your weight, goal and training volume, with different targets on training and rest days. PROGRESS Track strength bests, body composition, weekly volume per muscle, and recovery. Plateau and deload detection tell you when to push and when to back off, with the research behind each call. RECOVERY Quick check-ins on sleep, soreness and energy adjust how hard your next session pushes. Available in 8 languages. Built on peer-reviewed research. Helix is free to use.
