声でお知らせするタイマーです。＜特徴＞・タイマーの時間を声（合成音声）でお知らせします。・お知らせの音声は、自由に編集可能です。・タイマーの開始後は、ゲーム、LINEやブラウザなどの別のアプリ実行中でも音声でのお知らせが行われます。・おしゃべりタイマーの画面が表示されている間は、自動でスリープ（画面消灯）しません。・電源ボタンでスリープ状態にしても音声でのお知らせは継続されます。＜補足＞・本アプリの画面表示中は、自動でスリープに移行しませんが、本アプリの「設定」画面の「画面光度」の調整で電力消費を抑える設定ができます。・タイマー実行中は、スリープ状態でもCPUが停止しません。長時間タイマーでなければ電力が大きく消費されることはありませんが、気になる方は、スマホの「設定」→「電池」で本アプリの電池使用率を確認してみてください。・スマホには、通話・メディア・アラームなど複数のボリュームがあります。おしゃべりタイマーの音声お知らせは、メディアボリュームで調整するため、マナーモードになっていても音が鳴ることがあります。おしゃべりタイマー画面でボリュームボタン操作するとメディアボリュームが調整できます。・音声合成には、Android TTS（Text To Speech）機能を使用します。音声が聞こえない場合は、スマホの「設定」→「言語と入力」→「テキスト読み上げ出力」の確認を行ってください。
