RISER Video Career Matchmaking

Redefining Hiring: Video Profiles, Authentic Connections Introducing RISER; the video-led, career matchmaking app for both Talent and Hirers with authentic connection at it’s core. Permanent, contract, freelance, remote, local - this is the app for all of you. Did you know that Leonardo Da Vinci coined the term CV in 1482? It’s about time we update the process. The CV worked back in the day when you could walk up to a Hirer with a CV/resume in one hand and a handshake in the other. Fast forward to today where we’ve removed the human from the process and allowed the CV/resume to lead the conversation, mostly filtered by AI and lost in a mass of applications. Have you ever said ‘just get me in front of them and they’ll see my value’? That’s exactly what we’re doing at RISER. We want to increase access to people looking for a role, and those offering a role. Our mission is to match the right opportunities with the best people for the roles, resulting in a better future for all. HOW TO JOIN THE RISER COMMUNITY: Sign up as a Hirer (someone offering a role), or; As Talent (someone looking for a role) Tell us about you and create your profile Film your 60sec elevator pitch video Explore curated content relevant to you Hirers can discover the right talent Talent can see the people behind the role Wave, match and chat to organise next steps HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO JOB BOARDS? Video-first profiles with Canva integration to standout Your video allows you to tell your own story Multi-role support: Full-time, freelance, remote, hybrid Talent, no more sending your CV/resume into the abyss Hirers, no more irrelevant applications on mass Backed up by your written profile and supporting docs Our Canva integration allows you to standout on page Our matchmaking AI ensures we serve you the most relevant videos Build a network as you connect with people and opportunities In-app tracking to eliminate ghosting And this is only just the beginning. Join us as we evolve into your Career Companion with you leading the conversation to design the life you want.
