Hectr

Hectr is an AI fitness coach that helps every workout adapt to your body, your gym and your progress. Train with fewer interruptions. Hectr builds each session for the gym you are standing in, keeps your rest on the clock, and logs what you lifted so the next week is built on it. BUILT FOR REAL WORKOUTS • Set logging and automatic rest timing • Strength plans that adapt to what you actually lifted • Gym detection and equipment-aware exercise swaps • Weights that match the plates your gym actually has • Heart rate on the wrist during a session • Voice and haptic cues through the session • Workout, body and performance progress • Privacy-first processing for camera features START, TRAIN, FINISH Open your session and start moving. Log a set and rest starts on its own; when the rest is over, the next set is ready. If equipment is busy, choose an equivalent movement and the plan updates automatically. YOUR PLAN LEARNS WITH YOU Hectr uses your completed sessions and the equipment in your gym to keep upcoming workouts realistic. See what you completed, where strength is improving and what comes next. ON YOUR WRIST — WEAR OS The Wear OS app requires the Hectr phone app on your paired phone: your watch gets its plan from the phone and sends your sets back to it. It does not sign in or work on its own. With the phone app installed and paired, the watch shows today's session on a tile and a watch face complication, runs the workout from your wrist, logs each set, times your rest, reads your heart rate, and keeps the plan cached — so sets logged out of Bluetooth range are sent as soon as your phone is back in range. A running workout appears on your watch face until it ends. Rep counting from the camera or from watch motion is not enabled in this release. Sets are logged with a tap. Camera, motion, heart-rate and location features depend on device support and permissions.
