Hebua reads official M-PESA, Airtel Money, T-Kash, bank, and Sacco transaction SMS already on your Android phone and turns them into a clear picture of your money. This is a personal finance app. Core function: SMS-based money management (track spend and budgets from official transaction SMS). Hebua does not use SMS for OTP or 5-digit account verification. It does not log into M-PESA, cannot send money, and cannot see your PIN. It is not a loan app and not a bank. How it works 1. On Android, allow SMS so Hebua can log new financial texts as they arrive (M-PESA, Airtel Money, T-Kash, banks, Saccos). 2. You can also paste a transaction SMS into Smart Parser on Home. 3. Amount, merchant, date, and fees are parsed on the device. 4. Check Home, Insights, and budgets. See your spending • Auto-capture new transaction SMS on Android (Pro and Premium). • Paste one SMS or several into Smart Parser. Free allows up to 15 per parse. • View net balance, income vs expenses, and recent transactions. • Search, then swipe a row to edit or delete. Budgets and insights • Your own categories (Food, Transport, Airtime, and more). • Spending limits and how much is left. • Pie chart, bars, or activity grid. • Daily summary (Premium). • Export CSV or XML (Pro). Excel and PDF (Premium). Privacy • Only official financial transaction SMS. Chats stay private. • Parsing runs on your device. Raw SMS is not sent to our servers for parsing. • Optional cloud sync when you sign in (Pro/Premium). • App Lock. Optional authenticator 2FA.
