HEAL by nurrish HEAL is the app for members of nurrish, the deep health nutrition and fitness company founded by Simrun Chopra. It's where your programme lives: your diet plan, your workouts, your daily logging, and your own nutritionist - all in a single chat. Through HEAL, your nutritionist's plans work in portions and food groups, not fixed dishes. You tell us how you eat, and the plan is written around that. Your plan is built from what you have to say about yourself. Your nutritionist is a qualified dietician, assigned to you when you enrol and signs off on your plan after going through it carefully, before it ever reaches you. Every change goes back to them. There is always a human between you and your plan. Simi is your AI coach inside the app, there whenever you open it. Simi will help you keep track of steps, calories consumed, calories burnt, water and weight, each with its own detail view, so you can see the trend and not just today. HEAL is for enrolled nurrish members. Sign in with the email address on your programme. HEAL provides nutrition and fitness coaching. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace medical advice. Always speak to your doctor about a medical condition or any medication.
