HAIREX — Hair Supply Chain Management HAIREX connects everyone in the hair supply chain, from the women who supply hair in villages through to processing centres and global buyers. Every pickup, weight, price and payment is recorded in one place, so each party knows exactly what was collected, how it graded, and what it is worth. WHO HAIREX IS FOR For women supplying hair Create a collection request in under a minute. Add the hair type, estimated weight and a photo, and HAIREX shows you an indicative price range based on current rates. A verified collector near you receives the request and arranges pickup. Your payment goes into your in-app wallet. For collectors See nearby collection requests on a live map, sorted by distance. Verify the weight at pickup, confirm the final price, and build your stock. When you have enough, transfer it up the chain to a wholesaler at the rate set by the platform. For wholesalers and big wholesalers Receive supply from collectors, create lots, and track your stock. Send and receive trade requests with clear weights, grades and amounts. Move consolidated lots on to processing centres. For processing centres Group incoming stock into batches, record each processing step, and grade the finished output. Publish graded inventory for manufacturers to browse. For manufacturers and global buyers Browse graded, batch-traceable inventory with full weight and grade detail, and place orders knowing where the hair came from. KEY FEATURES Live map pickups — GPS matching connects each collection request to the nearest verified collector. Transparent pricing — rates per kilogram are set centrally and shown to everyone, so nobody negotiates blind. In-app wallet — track every credit and debit, settle trades, and request withdrawals to your UPI ID or bank account. Batch traceability — every batch keeps its weight, grade and transfer history, so finished inventory traces back through the chain. Real-time notifications — know the moment a request arrives, a pickup is scheduled, or a payment settles. KYC verification — collectors can upload identity documents to become verified, building trust with the people they buy from. Marathi and English — switch language any time from your profile. BUILT FOR RURAL AND SMALL-TOWN INDIA HAIREX is mobile-first and built for modest devices and patchy connections. The interface is simple, the text is large, and Marathi is supported throughout — the whole app, not just a few labels. YOUR DATA Creating an account needs only your name, email, password and role. Location, address and phone number are optional, and you can clear them from your profile at any time. Identity documents are uploaded only if you choose to complete KYC.
