HBG Care is the field app for HBG case managers — the ground staff who look after international patients from the moment they land until the moment they fly home. It is an internal work tool. Accounts are issued by HBG; there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today's work at a glance — arrivals, hospital visits and departures assigned to you, in order. • Open any patient case for full details: patient and attendant information, treatment plan, arrival and departure flights, hotel and transport arrangements. • Record the patient journey step by step — airport pickup, hotel check-in, hospital visits, investigations, procedures, follow-ups and departure. • Attach photo evidence to each checkpoint, captured on the spot with date, time and location, so the record is complete and verifiable. • Update case details from the field — arrival, accommodation, transport, treatment and visit information stay current without a call back to the office. • Flag urgent issues so the coordination team is alerted immediately. • Mark your daily attendance with a selfie and location, and see your working hours. • Get notifications for new assignments and changes to your cases. • Review the full history of every step and every edit made to a case. Everything syncs with the HBG coordination system, so the office sees your updates as you make them. PERMISSIONS • Camera — to capture checkpoint photos and attendance selfies. • Location — to stamp checkpoints and attendance marks with where they were recorded. • Notifications — to alert you about new and changed assignments. • Storage / photos — to attach documents and images to a case.
