Hardened is a training app for people who want to become genuinely capable. Not fit. Not healthy. Capable — physically durable, defensively competent, and harder to stop than most people you will ever encounter. — HARDENING A six-phase bodyweight conditioning programme. No gym. No equipment. No excuses. Sessions are structured across six days — push days, pull and core days, and conditioning days. Phase 1 starts with the fundamentals. By Phase 6, the programme is permanently demanding. The phase doesn't advance on time. It advances on performance. You need to complete every set of every exercise, every day, for the required number of qualifying sessions before the next phase unlocks. Showing up for half a session earns nothing. The app tracks the difference. Your chain is your unbroken training record. If it breaks, you know. — KRAV MAGA A complete self-defence curriculum from White Belt to Black Belt for adults, and White to Black for juniors. Each belt contains the techniques you need to know: their execution steps, the criteria that define correct execution, and a reference link. You work through the criteria yourself. When every criterion for every technique is confirmed, you sit the belt test. Passing unlocks the next belt and starts a 30-day review clock. At 31 days without review, the belt goes amber — knowledge check required. At 61 days, the belt is suspended: criteria wiped, full retake from scratch. You cannot advance to the next belt while a previous one is suspended. A certificate for each passed belt can be downloaded as a print-ready PDF. — THE MINDSET A meditation timer — 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes. No guided audio. No commentary.
