Handsful: Multiples Tracker

Handsful — Tracking for Twins, Triplets & More When you're outnumbered by babies, you don't have a spare hand to fumble through an app built for one. Handsful is the only baby tracker designed from the ground up for parents of multiples — not a single-baby app with a "add another" workaround. Log a feed, diaper change, or nap for everyone at once, not one at a time. See their patterns side by side, so you can actually tell who's sleeping more, eating more, or due for a diaper change. It works for one baby too, so it keeps up as your family grows. Built by a twin parent, for parents of multiples We built Handsful because we lived the problem — juggling multiple babies with one set of hands, and no app that understood that math. Every feature here started as something we personally needed. What makes Handsful different: Log for everyone, at once — One tap logs a feed, diaper, or sleep session across all your babies simultaneously. No more opening the app separately for each one. Side-by-side comparison — See every baby's patterns laid out together, so trends and differences actually jump out at you. Share access with up to 5 caregivers — Partners, grandparents, nannies — everyone stays on the same page, in real time. Organized pediatrician visit notes — Keep notes between visits, log medications, vaccines, and sick days with temperatures, and export it all cleanly for appointments, so you walk in prepared instead of scrambling through your memory. AI-powered Insights (optional, privacy-first) — Get a gentle weekly summary and visit-prep notes that recap what you've logged, including health entries. Entirely opt-in, per caregiver, and never medical advice. Available in English and Spanish Whether you're navigating the newborn haze with twins, managing nap schedules for triplets, or anywhere in between — Handsful was made for exactly your situation, not adapted from one built for someone else's.
