HaloFortis

HaloFortis — Discover. Trust. Communicate. HaloFortis is a secure communications app built around a simple idea: encrypted communication is stronger when you also know who’s trusted and control who can call. Make encrypted voice calls, exchange encrypted messages, establish trusted connections, and distinguish Trusted Contacts from other callers—all while reducing unnecessary exposure of personal contact information. Discover Every HaloFortis identity has a unique Trust Name (TN)—the name others can use to discover and connect with you on HaloFortis. Instead of sharing your personal phone number, simply say, “Send me your TN” or “What’s your TN?” Your TN provides a recognizable HaloFortis identity without requiring your personal phone number to serve as your HaloFortis identity. Trust Finding someone’s TN doesn’t automatically make them trusted. HaloFortis lets you establish Trust Relationships with people you know and choose to trust. These relationships distinguish Trusted Contacts from other HaloFortis users. Trust grants access. It does not grant consent. You remain in control of whether to accept or decline individual calls. Communicate HaloFortis provides encrypted voice calling and messaging designed for confidential communication. Know Who’s Trusted HaloFortis makes trust visible. Established Trust Relationships help you recognize Trusted Contacts and understand the trust context of a communication before you respond. Control Who Can Call Knowing your TN does not automatically make someone a Trusted Contact or give them unrestricted access to you. HaloFortis gives you control over communications from outside your Trusted Contacts while preserving your ability to communicate securely when you choose. Trust Calls Trust Calls are encrypted calls between people with an established HaloFortis Trust Relationship. When you call someone in your Trusted Contacts, HaloFortis combines encrypted voice communication with the Trust Relationship you’ve already established. Secure Calls Not every encrypted conversation requires an established Trust Relationship. HaloFortis also supports Secure Calls with other HaloFortis users. Someone can use your TN to find you without automatically becoming a Trusted Contact. When a caller is not trusted, HaloFortis identifies that trust state so you can make an informed decision about whether to accept or decline the call. Encrypted Messaging Exchange encrypted messages with your Trusted Contacts through HaloFortis messaging. Messaging access is tied to an active Trust Relationship, combining encrypted communication with the HaloFortis trust model. Session Integrity HaloFortis provides clear indicators of active session security. Trusted Device Protection HaloFortis uses a Trusted Device model for secure communications. Replacing a Trusted Device requires an explicit verification and authorization process rather than silently authorizing another device for the same HaloFortis identity. Privacy by Design Your TN can be shared without requiring your personal phone number to serve as your public communications identity. Trust Relationships provide a separate layer for deciding who becomes a Trusted Contact. End-to-End Encryption Supported HaloFortis voice calls and messages use end-to-end encryption designed to protect communication content between participants. Encryption protects the communication. HaloFortis adds identity, trust, caller control, and session awareness around it. Built for Communications That Matter HaloFortis is designed for people and organizations that value confidential communication—whether protecting personal privacy or discussing sensitive business, financial, legal, healthcare, or other important matters. Share your Trust Name. Choose who you Trust. Control how you Communicate. Discover. Trust. Communicate.
