Snagroute: Snagging Reports

Snagroute is a snagging app for walking a site, room by room. Photograph each snag, mark up the photos, give it a trade and a due date, and hand over a numbered PDF snag list the same day. It works offline, with no account, no ads and no subscription. Your projects stay on your phone unless you share them. On site • A project for each plot, flat or unit, with its locations in the order you walk them • Several photos to a snag, from the phone's camera or its photo picker • Arrows, circles and short labels on photos, in hi-vis yellow, orange, white or black • Open, To check and Closed, each with its own shape as well as its colour • A trade, a due date and an overdue mark on every snag that needs one • Save, add next keeps the location and trade, for a fast walk-round Numbering and revisions • Search, filter by status, trade or overdue, and sort by number, location, trade, status or due date • While you draft, deleting a snag closes the gap. After the first report, only Renumber changes a number • A report keeps the numbers it was issued with. The next revision says which numbers changed, and gives each snag's old number • Revisions lettered A, B, C and on, and numbers written as 9, 009 or B2-09 Reports • A PDF snagging report with your logo, company name and details on the cover • A schedule of every snag, grouped by location or trade, then each snag with its photos • Photos printed whole with their marks, never cropped, and numbered 9.1, 9.2 and so on, so a reply can point to one • One PDF per trade, so each trade gets only their own snags • Closed snags kept in the schedule without filling pages with photos • A file size estimate, and an Email size for attachments • A preview of every page before you create the PDF Sharing and backup • Share a report through Android's share menu, save it to the phone, or open it in a PDF app • A CSV of the report's snags, for a spreadsheet • A project file holding a whole project and its photos, to keep a copy or move it to another phone Good to know • Made for site managers, contractors and inspectors doing their own walk-rounds, handover punch lists and site audits • Reports are A4, and Snagroute is in English • Projects live on your phone.
