HailMate: Roofing Hail Maps

HailMate shows roofers exactly where hail fell, then turns that map into knocked doors, signed jobs and paid invoices. Storm data and a full CRM in one app — not two subscriptions. HAIL MAPS FOR YOUR WHOLE TERRITORY Every hail swath from the last several years, drawn on a live map from NOAA storm data. Pick any storm day, see the size bands, and pan your entire territory. Damaging-wind corridors get their own layer, so a roof taken off by a downburst is not written off as "no hail". EVIDENCE GRADE™ HAIL VERIFICATION Tap any address and get a straight answer — Confirmed, Likely, or Radar-estimated — plus the evidence behind it: the radar-estimated hail size at that address, the severe-hail probability, and the nearest verified ground report with its distance. Three sources, one verdict. Stop guessing on a doorstep, and stop knocking streets the storm missed. STORM VERIFICATION REPORT (PDF) Generate a report for any address, canvassing pin or job in seconds: the storm day, the hail size, the swath map and the full storm history at that property. Hand it to a homeowner, send it with a claim, or attach it to an adjuster meeting. It files itself into the job automatically. DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSING Drop pins as you knock. Filter the map to show only pins that sat inside verified hail. Draw territories per rep so nobody doubles up a street. Track outcomes, photos and follow-ups on every door, watch the team leaderboard, and turn any pin into a job with one tap. DAILY STORM ALERTS A morning digest of overnight hail in your territory — where it hit, how big, and how confident we are. Push alerts when a storm lands on ground you work. COMPLETE JOB PIPELINE Track every job through your own stages on a Kanban board or list. Estimated and collected revenue, team assignment, and an activity log that writes itself. ESTIMATES, PROPOSALS & E-SIGNATURES Drag-and-drop line items, multi-tier pricing, photo attachments, and reusable templates. Send for e-signature with multi-signer support, or hand the phone over for an in-person signature at the kitchen table. Work authorizations, contingency agreements and change orders sign the same way. INVOICES & PAYMENTS Invoice from the field and get paid by card or ACH. Track insurance checks through mortgage holds, log supplements, run commissions, and see job costing on every job. ROOF MEASUREMENTS Order EagleView or Hover reports without leaving the app, or pull instant satellite measurements for a fast number on the doorstep. PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION Unlimited job photos with burned-in date, address and GPS stamps. Tags, comments, before/after pairs, shareable galleries and one-tap photo reports. Scan documents with auto-crop. MESSAGING & CALLS Text and call homeowners from a real business number. Threaded conversations, AI-drafted replies, email with signatures and templates, and broadcast texts sent as normal one-to-one messages. WORKS OFFLINE Full functionality with no signal. Changes queue and sync when you reconnect — built for rural job sites and storm-damaged neighborhoods. REPORTS THAT MATTER Revenue, gross profit, backlog, A/R aging, close rates, rep performance and canvassing-to-close conversion. Know where the business stands without exporting anything. Built by roofers, for roofers. HailMate requires an active HailMate subscription.
