Khalas - Tame your ADHD

Khalas turns everyday routines into small chains of clear steps. Wake up. Drink water. Take your meds. Brush your teeth. See the whole routine, tap each step as you complete it, and focus only on what comes next. BUILT FOR ADHD Long task lists can become another thing to manage. Khalas keeps the entire day visible and gives the next possible step your attention. No bottomless lists. No pressure to be perfect. No punishment for coming back later. SMALL ROUTINES, CLEAR STEPS Create routines for different parts of your day. Add the steps in the order you want to complete them, then check them off one at a time. TODAY See today’s routines and how far you have progressed. The next step stands out while completed steps quietly move out of the way. ROUTINES Create, edit and reorder your routine chains. Start with a morning routine, a wind-down routine or something entirely your own. PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE Review your recent activity through a simple history heatmap. Khalas can show streaks, but there is no streak to protect. Missing a day does not erase your progress or punish you. QUIET REMINDERS Choose one daily reminder at a time that works for you. Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. Ignore one and nothing else happens. CHOOSE HOW KHALAS FEELS Pick from warm, paper and dark appearance themes. Choose a neutral or encouraging reminder tone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account or sign-up • No analytics or tracking • No advertisements • No cloud backend • Routine data stays locally on your device • Export your routines, steps and logs whenever you choose FREE PLAN • 2 routines • Up to 4 steps in each routine • 7 days of history PREMIUM Premium unlocks unlimited routines, longer routine chains and your full history through a Google Play subscription. Khalas means “enough.” You do not need a perfect system. You only need the next step.
