gussuri（ぐっすり）は、睡眠記録シートのデジタル版アプリです。「ともに考え、ともにつくる。」を合言葉に、シチズンサイエンスとシビックテックのプロジェクトとして開発されています。「紙に毎日記録するのも、それを持って診察に行くのも面倒」——そんな当事者の声から、「デジタル化してアプリにすれば、記入も記録の共有ももっと楽になるのでは」という思いで生まれました。不眠や寝不足に悩む方が、「自分の睡眠リズムはどんなパターンなのか」「睡眠時間は足りているのか」を、記録しながら振り返り、考えるためのアプリです。 ■ できること・スマートフォンから、毎日の睡眠をかんたんに記録・就寝・起床時刻、睡眠の質、入眠までの時間、夜間の中途覚醒などをセルフチェック・カレンダーで自分の睡眠のパターンや癖を振り返り・記録したデータをCSV形式で書き出し、専門機関への相談・受診時に活用 ■ こんな方に・不眠の症状や寝不足に困っている方・自分の睡眠リズムを把握したい方・専門機関の受診を検討している方 ■ プライバシーへの配慮アカウント登録やログインは不要。すぐに使い始められます。記録はご自身の「パーソナルヘルスレコード（PHR）」として、睡眠の振り返りにお使いいただけます。 ■ 開発体制本アプリは、一般社団法人コード・フォー・ジャパンが提供しています。研究者・医療関係者・当事者・シビックテックコミュニティがともに考え、ともにつくるプロジェクトとして開発され、ソースコードはMITライセンスでオープンソースとして公開されています。 ※本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療を目的とするものではありません。健康上の問題がある場合は医療機関にご相談ください。
