GuardianFlow Parent

GuardianFlow Parent helps families manage school dismissal and student pickup with greater confidence, clarity, and security. Designed for parents and authorized pickup adults, GuardianFlow provides a secure way to stay connected with your child’s school during dismissal while helping ensure that students are released only through approved pickup processes. Stay Connected During Dismissal Receive timely updates related to your child’s dismissal and pickup status so you can better understand what is happening when it matters most. Manage Your Child’s Pickup Access your linked child or children and use the available pickup options provided by your school. GuardianFlow helps make the pickup process more organized and easier to follow. I’m Here Pickup Flow When you arrive for pickup, use the in-app arrival process to notify the school that you are ready. This helps staff manage the dismissal queue and coordinate student release. Authorized Adults Schools can manage authorized adults who are permitted to pick up students. GuardianFlow helps keep pickup information organized so schools and families can follow the approved dismissal process. Vehicle Information Where enabled by your school, parents can select or provide vehicle information used during pickup to help staff identify the correct pickup. Pickup Zones GuardianFlow can support school-defined pickup zones, helping families follow the pickup location and process established by their school. Notifications and Updates Stay informed about important dismissal and pickup-related updates through app notifications. Security-Focused Design GuardianFlow is built around controlled access, verification, trusted-device security, and school-managed permissions to support a safer student dismissal experience. Built for Schools and Families GuardianFlow is not a general social network or school-management application. Its purpose is focused on one of the most important parts of the school day: safely coordinating student dismissal. Your school must use GuardianFlow and provide or authorize your account before you can access the app. Important GuardianFlow Parent is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults authorized by participating schools. Availability of features may vary depending on your school's configuration and permissions. For questions about your account, child information, pickup permissions, or school-specific procedures, please contact your school or the GuardianFlow administrator.
