Grudge Clock is a grudge tracker with exactly one job: you log a grudge, and it shows you — down to the second — how long you've been holding it. No therapy prompts. No reframing. No gentle nudges toward forgiveness. Just an honest, live-ticking timer on every grudge you carry. "You've been angry about this for 214 days" tends to land harder than any journaling exercise. The discomfort of the number is the point. HOW IT WORKS • Add a grudge — a title, an optional note, and when it started. Backdate it years if you have to. • Watch the clock. Every grudge keeps a live count of exactly how long it has been running, from minutes to years. • Set a heat level — Mild, Simmering, Burning, or Volcanic. • Break one grievance into subtopics if it has several parts. • Resolve it when you're ready. It moves to the archive with its final time frozen. Nothing is deleted.
