Log your mood, record a short voice reflection, review emotional patterns, and capture more nuanced experiences with dual-mood entries. No accounts. No ads. No cloud sync. No data harvesting. A simple, thoughtful tool for emotional awareness — on your terms. What you can do: • Log your mood in seconds Choose from 16 mood states: Joy, Calm, OK, Low, Anxious, Angry, Energised, Focused, Reflective, Grateful, Hopeful, Restless, Overwhelmed, Tense, Drained, and Uncertain. You can also record up to two moods in a single entry. Add an optional private note to capture context, thoughts, or events connected to how you feel. • Record a private voice reflection Record a short voice reflection alongside your mood entry. Voice reflections stay on your device, remain available during the current reflection week, and are never uploaded to the cloud. • See your daily patterns View today's entries at a glance and notice how your emotional state shifts throughout the day. • Review your weekly history Review your recent mood history to help recognise patterns over time. Dual-mood entries are supported throughout the app, including summaries and exports. Mood entries with a voice reflection display a reflection indicator, allowing you to replay your recording during the current reflection week. • Set quiet reminders Create optional reminders for days and times that suit you. No streaks. Just gentle prompts. • Export your data when needed Export your entries as CSV using UK or ISO dates, or copy your 7-day summary to the clipboard. Exports are created entirely on-device and shared using Android's built-in share options. Voice reflections remain private on your device and are not included in CSV or clipboard exports. • Stay in control of your data Export entries, clear all stored data, or manage your data at any time through Settings. Privacy you can trust Everything stays on your device unless you choose to export it. Ground State Mood does not: • create accounts • require sign-ups • track behaviour • collect analytics • sync to the cloud • sell or share user data Your mood history — and your voice reflections — belong to you. The app is intentionally simple. Who it is for Ground State Mood is for anyone wanting to build emotional awareness through gentle daily reflection.
