TWO PLAYERS, ONE PHONE Turn the phone sideways and hand half of it to somebody else. Same road, same traffic, both of you hopping at once — and the two worlds mash together into one, so you get their streets and yours in the same run. Fall too far behind and the screen leaves without you. That is the whole rivalry. ONLINE RACES Unlock online races and take on up to four people, each on their own phone. Everyone gets the same road and their own screen, and the furthest down it wins. And online, the vices work the other way round: grab one and it hits your rivals, not you — you're buying the round. Quick Match puts you in with whoever is around, or pass a code to a friend. PLAY IT AFTER DARK Every world has a night version: the same streets, cooler and dimmer, with the soundtrack sitting back and going sleepy. It is a toggle in settings, and it changes all eight.
