Du entscheidest heute, wann Instagram, TikTok oder YouTube zu sind. Aufmachen kann es danach nur noch jemand aus deiner Gruppe. SO FUNKTIONIERT ES • Wähle die Apps, die dich zu viel Zeit kosten. • Lege Sperrzeiten und ein Tageslimit fest. • Sichere die Sperre mit deiner Gruppe ab: Ab jetzt brauchst du einen Code von einem Freund, um sie vorzeitig zu öffnen. • Jeder Versuch, sich vorbeizumogeln, steht im Gruppen-Verlauf. WEITERE FUNKTIONEN • Graustufen-Filter: Der Bildschirm verliert in den gewählten Apps die Farbe - ohne Farbe scrollt es sich viel schlechter. • Aufgabenliste: Abends planst du den nächsten Tag, morgens siehst du ihn beim ersten Entsperren. • Bildschirmzeit: heute im Vergleich zu gestern, pro App. • Gruppen-Chat für die Absprachen dazwischen. • Vollständig auf Deutsch und Englisch. WARUM GRAYSCROLL DEN BEDIENUNGSHILFEN-DIENST BRAUCHT GrayScroll nutzt die Bedienungshilfen-API von Android für genau eine Aufgabe: zu erkennen, welche App gerade im Vordergrund ist. Nur so kann die App im richtigen Moment den Graustufen-Filter einschalten oder einen Sperrbildschirm zeigen. Ausgewertet wird ausschliesslich der Paketname der aktiven App. GrayScroll liest keine Bildschirminhalte, keine Texte, keine Eingaben, keine Passwörter und keine Nachrichten anderer Apps. Diese Auswertung erfolgt lokal auf deinem Gerät; daraus werden keine Daten erhoben oder übertragen. Vor der Aktivierung wirst du in der App ausdrücklich um deine Zustimmung gebeten, und du kannst den Dienst jederzeit in den Android-Einstellungen wieder deaktivieren. DEINE DATEN Ohne Gruppe verlässt kein Datum dein Handy. Trittst du einer Gruppe bei, sehen deren Mitglieder deinen Anzeigenamen, deine Bildschirmzeit des heutigen Tages, die Namen deiner meistgenutzten und gesperrten Apps sowie deine Chat-Beiträge. Ältere Tage löscht der Server automatisch. Es gibt keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Weitergabe an Dritte. Löschen kannst du alles selbst: Einstellungen > Info > Meine Server-Daten löschen. IM GRUPPEN-CHAT Nachrichten lassen sich mit langem Tippen melden, und einzelne Mitglieder kannst du für dich ausblenden. Kostenlos, ohne Konto, ohne Werbung.
