Is what I am feeling normal? The internet and social media offer thousands of answers, but not all of them are correct. DIVINHAS brings together in a single app information based on scientific evidence, up to date and easy to understand, to help you go through your pregnancy calmly, confidently and safely. WHY TRUST DIVINHAS? Because you will not find opinions here, but up-to-date scientific information. The app has been developed by the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health of the University of Granada, within research project PI23/01866 led by Dr Naomi Cano-Ibáñez and Dr Aurora Bueno-Cavanillas, titled DIVINHAS (Outreach and Research on Healthy Lifestyle Habits in Pregnancy), funded by the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII). All content has been written and reviewed by researchers and healthcare professionals specialising in each of the areas covered (obstetrics, gynaecology, nursing, preventive medicine and public health, nutrition, physical activity, physiotherapy, psychology, pharmacology and other disciplines related to maternal health). Every recommendation is based on the best available scientific evidence and on national and international reference clinical guidelines.
