A FORECAST YOU CAN TRUST When your recent readings genuinely form a line, the chart continues it — and tells you roughly when you would reach your goal. When they do not, it stays quiet. A confident date drawn from scattered data is worse than no date. CONTEXT, NOT JUDGEMENT Add a note to any weigh-in — "was ill", "holiday", "new scale". Notes appear as markers on the chart, so a difficult week reads as what it was.
