Gradana (PT Gradana Teknoruci Indonesia) adalah platform P2P Lending di yang bergerak di bidang properti, telah berizin dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) KEP-67/D.05/2021 dan Memiliki Sertifikat ISO 27001 . Gradana mempertemukan pihak yang membutuhkan pembiayaan untuk pembelian, sewa, renovasi, dan juga proyek terkait properti dengan para pendana yang ingin mengalokasikan dana dan menerima imbal hasil dari bunga yang dibayarkan oleh peminjam. Keuntungan Menjadi Peminjam di Gradana: 1. Batas Pinjaman (Plafon) Rp 5 Juta - Rp 2 Miliar 2. Suku bunga bulanan 1,45% - 2% (Suku bunga tahunan 17,5% - 24%) 3. Tenor 6 - 24 bulan 4. Biaya layanan (tergantung tenor) 1,2% - 9,6% 5. Biaya admin Rp 350.000 - Rp 500.000 6. Biaya keterlambatan 0,1% per hari Simulasi Pinjaman : 1.
