GrabEasy Rider is the app for riders delivering GrabEasy orders. It is used by riders working with a GrabEasy branch — your branch creates your account and assigns your deliveries. GO ONLINE WHEN YOU'RE READY Set yourself online when you start your shift and your branch can assign you deliveries. Set yourself offline when you finish. You always know where you stand: a clear status on the home screen, and a running count of what you've delivered today. EVERY DELIVERY, STEP BY STEP Each delivery opens with everything you need in one place — the order number, the items, the branch to collect from and the customer to deliver to. Pickup and drop-off are shown on the map with full addresses, so you can see where you're heading before you set off. Work through each order in two clear stages: collect it from the branch, then hand it to the customer. Confirm each step as you go, and your branch sees your progress without having to call you. KNOW WHAT TO COLLECT Orders that need paying on delivery show the exact cash amount up front, so there are no surprises at the door. STAY IN TOUCH Message a customer directly about a delivery — running late, can't find the entrance, anything that needs a quick word. Your branch can reach you too, with notices and updates as they happen. If something goes wrong, send a support request to your branch from inside the app and follow the reply in the same place. NEVER MISS AN ORDER Get a notification the moment a delivery is assigned to you, moved to another rider, or cancelled — so you're not left watching the screen. KEEP TRACK Look back over the deliveries you've completed and what you've earned, day by day. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD This app is for riders working with GrabEasy. You'll need an account from your branch to sign in — it isn't open to the public, and you can't register from the app. If you're a customer looking to order, download the GrabEasy app instead. The app needs location access so your branch can assign you deliveries and show you where you're going.
