Goro: Your AI Form Coach

Nobody is watching your form. Not the guy on the next rack, not the mirror, and not you, because you are under the bar. Goro is. Film one set on your phone. About thirty seconds later you get a Rep Report: a form score out of 100, what your body is already doing right, and the one thing to fix on your next set. No wearables, no sensors, no asking a stranger to hold your phone. HOW IT WORKS Record a set, or upload a clip you already have. Goro spots the exercise for you, or you pick it. Close the app if you want. Goro grades in the background and pings you when your report is ready. WHAT’S IN YOUR REP REPORT • Form score out of 100, so progress is a number instead of a feeling • Keep doing: what you already have locked in, said out loud • Fix next: physical cues you can act on with your very next rep, not vague advice • Receipts: Goro pulls the exact frame from your own video where your hips sagged or your depth cut short, and shows it to you • Camera next time: how to film so Goro can see more of your set • See it done right: a model demo of the same movement, plus how to breathe through it FILM IT AGAIN AND GORO REMEMBERS Train the same lift next week and you get a follow-up review: your new score against your old one, what changed, and what is still hanging around. The Vault keeps every rep you have ever filed, filtered by exercise, so your bench in March sits next to your bench today. 200+ EXERCISES Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, row, pull-up, curl, plank, and everything around them, across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, and core. Every exercise comes with form cues and breathing, and the library keeps growing. Goro grades controlled resistance training, the lifts where technique actually buys you something. Not cardio, not stretching. WHY IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • You never have to ask. No coach, no mirror, no awkward "can you film my last set?" • Specific beats generic. "Bring your chest all the way to the bench" is a thing you can do. "Go deeper" is not. • Honest by design. Goro shows you the frame the grade came from, so you can push back on it. • Start as a guest. No account needed for your first check. Sign in when you want your Vault on every device. • English and Tiếng Việt. PLANS Goro Free: 3 form checks a month. Goro Pro: 100 checks a month, clips twice as long, and a full year of Vault history. Goro Max: 250 checks a month and a Vault that never expires. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
