Booked By Gordon

Booked By Gordon is Salon Software that actually listens. Instead of clicking through endless menus and dashboards, just tell Gordon what you need. "Who's my busiest stylist this week?" "Book Linda in for a cut with Emma on Thursday." "Which clients haven't been back in three months?" Gordon understands natural language and handles the complexity behind the scenes. Built by a team with nearly 20 years in Australian salon software, Gordon was designed for one reason: salon professionals deserve technology that feels effortless, not like a second job. GORDON ANSWERS THE PHONE Missed calls are missed bookings. Gordon Phone picks up when you can't, books the appointment straight into your calendar, and handles the questions callers usually ask — no hold music, no voicemail, no lost client. BOOKINGS MADE SIMPLE Find available times, book appointments, reschedule, and manage your day — all through conversation or a clean, intuitive interface. Your clients can book online 24/7 without needing to create an account or download an app. KNOW YOUR BUSINESS Ask Gordon about your revenue, your best clients, your top-performing services, or which staff member has availability gaps today. Get real answers in plain English, not spreadsheets you'll never read. CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS Track client history, preferences, and visit patterns. Identify lapsed clients, VIPs, and upcoming birthdays. Tag and segment your client list for targeted outreach. STAFF & ROSTERS Manage schedules, handle sick days and shift changes, check workload and utilisation, and see who's qualified for which services — all in real time. PRODUCTS & INVENTORY Track stock levels, set reorder alerts, manage vendors, and understand which products are actually making you money. AUTOMATED REMINDERS Reduce no-shows with SMS and email appointment reminders. Track delivery and confirmation rates, and see exactly who hasn't confirmed. WORKS EVERYWHERE Gordon is designed mobile-first. Manage your salon from behind the chair, at home, or anywhere in between. Same experience on phone, tablet, or desktop. AUSTRALIAN BUILT & HOSTED Your data lives on Australian servers in Sydney. Built to comply with Australian privacy and business requirements. Local support from people who understand Australian salons. WHO IS GORDON FOR?
