Goorder Riders

GoOrder Riders is the official delivery partner app for the GoOrder platform in the UAE. Receive orders, navigate to customers, and manage your entire delivery day — food, pharmacy, and grocery orders — from one simple app. BUILT FOR RIDERS ON THE MOVE • Instant order offers — new deliveries arrive as clear offers with pickup point, drop-off area, and order value. Accept or decline with one tap before the timer runs out. • Smart navigation — live in-app directions with distance and ETA, automatic route recalculation if you go off course, and one-tap Google Maps handoff for turn-by-turn guidance. • Guided delivery flow — three clear steps for every order: pick up, start delivery, confirm handover. No confusion, no missed steps. • Live tracking while on shift — go Online and your location is shared securely with dispatch and the customer for accurate ETAs. Go Offline anytime and tracking stops completely. • Cash made simple — see exactly how much to collect on cash orders before handover, and track your collected cash for easy end-of-day settlement. • Earnings at a glance — deliveries completed today, delivery fees earned, and your full delivery history in one place. • Proof of delivery — attach an optional photo when you hand over an order, so every delivery is documented. • Prescription orders — clear indicators for pharmacy orders that need approval before pickup, so you never make a wasted trip. MADE FOR YOU • Available in English and arabic— with full right-to-left support • Dark mode for night shifts • Instant notifications for new offers and order updates • Works with your existing GoOrder rider account NOTE FOR NEW RIDERS This app is for registered GoOrder delivery partners. A rider account is created for you when you join a partner store or the GoOrder fleet — if you don't have login credentials yet, contact your store manager or the GoOrder team through gooorder.com. Location is collected while you are Online to enable dispatch, live customer tracking, and accurate ETAs — including in the background with the screen off, so tracking survives your phone locking mid-delivery. Tracking ends when you go Offline or sign out. Deliver smarter. Earn clearer. Ride with GoOrder.
