The Googly

The Googly is fantasy cricket for people who actually watch the game. Create a private league with your friends, run a snake or live auction draft, then manage your squad through the whole tournament with waivers, trades and mid-season drafts. Two scoring engines, your choice • Category rankings — nine batting, bowling and fielding categories, ranked head-to-head across the league every match day. • Points-per-player — a per-player points model with captain and vice-captain multipliers, injury waivers and three mid-season re-drafts. Pick one when you create the league. Both run on the same draft, waiver and trade infrastructure. Drafts that feel like draft night • Live auction rooms with a bid clock, nomination rotation and Right-to-Match cards. • Snake drafts with a commissioner-controlled order and scheduled start. • Mock drafts against AI managers so you can practise before it counts. Run the league your way • FAAB waiver wire with nightly and pre-match processing. • Trades with an optional league review window and veto votes. • Commissioner tools: exclude franchises, set timers, reorder the draft, pause and resume. • Real-time scoreboard with per-player breakdowns and live match drill-downs. Free to play. No entry fees, no cash prizes, no wagering. Invite your friends with a link, draft your squad and settle who really knows cricket.
