Full description
Golai runs the floor. Your ERP runs the books. Golai is warehouse software for Indian manufacturers and distributors. It tracks what is physically on your shelves — who received it, where they put it, who moved it and who sent it out — on phones the floor already has, with barcode scanning and photos at every step. It is used by a company’s own staff at work. Accounts are created by that company’s administrator; there is no public sign-up. WHAT IT DOES Receiving (GRN) — a three-stage flow from the gate to the shelf: gate entry with photos, verification against the invoice, then putaway to a scanned location. Short and damaged quantities are recorded, not argued about later. Putaway and stock — scan a location, scan the goods, and Golai knows where everything is. Find any product and see every location holding it. Dispatch — pick against a request, scan each carton, get a manager’s approval, then a security gate-out that checks every carton leaves. Stock counts — plan a count over zones, locations or particular products, assign a counter, a verifier and an approver, and count blind: Golai does not show the expected figure while counting, so the count is what is on the shelf rather than what the screen suggested. Every variance carries a reason and a name. Point of sale — a counter till with customer accounts, part payments, EMI, and goods paid for now and collected later, held against the customer’s name. Alerts — a supplier who has not delivered, a count nobody finished, goods a customer paid for and never collected, stock that has not moved in a zone that should be busy. They reach the person who can act, on their phone. Reports and exports — CSV for Tally, SAP or any ERP; reconciliation against what your ERP believes; a permanent activity log nobody can edit. BUILT FOR THE FLOOR Works offline for the screens that need it: capture, transfer and gate entry queue on the device and sync when the signal returns. Large tap targets for gloved hands. Barcode scanning by camera or USB scanner. Photo evidence compressed on the device before it is uploaded. Every company’s data is separated in the database itself, not merely on the screen, and what each person can open follows their role. Golai is made by DBBS.
