Goalski

Goalski is a simple way for teams to track goals and key initiatives across a whole organization. Personal goals tie to department goals, and department goals tie to organization goals, so everyone can see how their work adds up. WHAT'S INSIDE • Organization, department and personal goals in one place • Key initiatives with progress and status: on track, delayed or blocked • Alignment: tie a goal to the one above it, and progress rolls up on its own • Department pages with each team's goals and people • Reports: alignment summaries and completed work, with PDF, CSV and Excel exports • Weekly email summaries for admins • Optional weekly goal reminders • Super admin, admin and member roles, with email invites • Your organization's name and logo alongside Goalski Some features depend on your plan; see PLANS below. WHO IT'S FOR Founders, team leads and operations managers who have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a heavyweight OKR platform. Small clubs and families can use the Club plan.
