Full description

TrailCore Radar is a real-time GPS tracking tool to follow not just individuals, but groups and athletes during any outdoor activity — live, not just at the finish line! Cycling rides, hikes, trekking, MTB races, trail running, cycling tours and any sporting or group event. NOTE TrailCore Radar collects location data to enable GPS tracking even when the app is closed or not in use, for the duration of the sporting event. Background tracking is optimized for endurance activities: hours of battery life, screen off. HOW IT WORKS — The organiser creates the event, uploads the GPX track and gets a 4-digit code — Participants join with the code and activate the GPS tracker with a single tap — Family, friends and the team follow the live map from any browser — no app needed FOR PARTICIPANTS — One-tap GPS tracker — no registration required — Works with the screen off (background tracking) — Automatic position update every 30 seconds — SOS button for emergencies — Real-time battery indicator FOR ORGANISERS — Web dashboard to monitor all participants on the map — GPX track overlaid on the map — Automatic alerts: participant stopped, signal lost — Shareable event code in one click — No infrastructure required — works immediately FOR FAMILY & SPECTATORS — Live map accessible from any browser, no app needed — Real-time updates via WebSocket — Optimised for smartphones NOTE TrailCore Radar is a free amateur project, developed and maintained on a personal basis with no profit motive. Users are responsible for their own safety decisions in the field.

What's new

More reliable tracking: GPS points are no longer lost when coverage drops for a few minutes and are sent as soon as the network returns. Safer race finish: your finish or withdrawal is confirmed even offline, with automatic retry. Smoother tracking stop.
