Glaze Over: Screen Time Goals

Set a daily screen time goal. Your results post automatically each morning for your followers to see. Hit your goal, earn points, climb the leaderboard. Miss it, your streak resets to zero. Glaze Over is the accountability app that actually makes you put your phone down — because other people can see how much you're using it. No timers, no manual logging. Open the app and it just works. It tracks your phone usage in the background with less than 1% battery impact. LEADERBOARDS & STREAKS The leaderboard ranks everyone by a 7-day rolling score — one good day won't carry you, so you have to stay consistent all week. Harder screen time goals earn more points. Filter between a global leaderboard and just the people you follow. Tap anyone to see their profile and follow them. Build your streak to boost your daily score. Your streak shows up on your profile for everyone to see. Hit your daily screen time limit every day and it keeps climbing. Miss one? Back to zero. SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY One-way follows — no friend requests, no waiting. Just tap follow on anyone's profile. You'll see their daily results in your feed and can like their posts. Find new people to compete with on the global leaderboard. It's like a screen time challenge with everyone you follow. PRIVACY Glaze Over only tracks your total daily phone usage. We don't track which apps you use, we don't sell your data, and there are no ads. Your digital wellbeing data stays private. This isn't an app that locks your phone or spams you with notifications. The accountability of the leaderboard does the work to help you reduce screen time. GETTING STARTED Sign up with a magic link (no password), set your screen time goal, grant the usage permission, and you're competing in under a minute. Download Glaze Over and see where you rank.
