This app for security companies offers an innovative guard tour management system using NFC technology. Guard tours performed by security guards are more efficient and reliable due to real-time reports of each tour with date, time, and location information. The affordability of NFC-capable smartphones make this system favorable compared to previous proprietary guard patrol technology. Features: Setup: Remotely assign location specific information to each NFC tag on site for each checkpoint installed along patrol routes of overseen properties: ▶ checkpoint NFC tag number ▶ checkpoint name ▶ checkpoint address ▶ checkpoint GPS coordinate ▶ checkpoint timestamp of initial registration Standard operations during a patrol: Read NFC tags installed along patrol routes of overseen properties and report each reading automatically in real time to the security center including the following information: ▶ checkpoint NFC tag number ▶ checkpoint name ▶ checkpoint address according to NFC tag main data ▶ checkpoint GPS coordinate at the moment of reading the NFC tag ▶ checkpoint timestamp of registration Incident reports: This report can be created by the security guard in case of an incident. It can be submitted to the police or to other involved parties at any time.
