Stopgap Mileage and Earnings

Stopgap Mileage and Earnings helps gig workers, delivery drivers, freelancers and people with side jobs keep clear records of their workday. Track mileage, record what each job paid, and see earnings, expenses and work time in one place. AUTOMATIC MILEAGE YOU CAN REVIEW Turn on Automatic Mileage in Pro to detect and measure likely drives while your phone is locked or Stopgap is not on screen. This feature uses background location when enabled. Every detected drive waits for your review. Mark it Business, Personal, or Not a trip before it affects your business totals. You can also enter mileage manually. CLEAR EARNINGS Record base pay, tips and bonuses separately so a day's total does not hide where the money came from. Organize work by delivery platform, local service or other side work. Keep what was earned, what was paid and what is still pending distinct. Pro's reconciliation tools help you review payouts and delayed tips. YOUR BUSINESS SNAPSHOT See earnings, tips, business mileage, expenses, estimated tax set-aside and work time. Review totals by service, with more detailed analysis available in Pro. USEFUL RECORDS - Add mileage, earnings, expenses and work time. - Review and correct your saved entries. - Export your records and create local Stopgap backups. - Check and restore backups. - Use Pro to import supported Stride CSV reports without overwriting existing records. - Create detailed PDF or CSV reports and print or share accountant-ready summaries with Pro. - Keep private destination notes and use optional Watch List arrival reminders. Location-based reminders use background location when enabled. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, no bank connection and no Stopgap account required. Stopgap does not use developer analytics. Your ledger and location history are processed on your device. You decide when to export or share a report. Android device backup is explained in the privacy policy. Voice entry is optional. It uses your phone's speech-recognition provider, which may process audio online. Stopgap receives the resulting text and does not retain voice recordings. You can type instead. CLEAR TAX ESTIMATES Tax and deduction amounts are planning estimates based on your records and the assumptions you enter. Stopgap does not file taxes or replace a tax professional. 14-DAY TRIAL AND PAID PLANS Try the complete app free for 14 days from your original installation, with no ads and no payment details required. Connect once to check eligibility, then use the remaining trial offline. Reinstalling keeps the same deadline. The trial includes Automatic Mileage, unlimited services, Watch List arrival reminders, advanced analysis, payout reconciliation, Stride CSV import and the complete reporting package. A paid plan keeps these tools available after the trial. The free trial starts automatically with installation and ends after 14 days. It does not charge you. Lifetime is a single payment with no recurring charge. Google Play shows the price and terms before you buy.
