Gig Admin Live

Gig Admin is the all-in-one platform for managing artists, events and everything around them — built for managers, agents, promoters and artists who are tired of juggling spreadsheets, chats and email threads. Plan a show once and keep everyone on the same page: venue and set times, travel and flights, hotels, catering, ground transport, the guestlist and every key contact — all on a single, shareable day sheet. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Events & day sheets — Build each event with set times, venue, travel, hotels, catering, transport and contacts, and see it all on one clean overview. • Team access — Invite your team with role-based permissions so everyone sees exactly what they need. • Calendar — View your events by month, week or day and filter by artist. • Flights — Every flight for you and your artists in one clear overview. • Riders & press kits — Keep technical and hospitality riders and shareable press kits (EPK) ready to send. • Track pitching — Pitch tracks and follow their status. • Your network — Automatically build a network of the people you've worked with. • Manage artists — Create and run ready-to-use accounts for the artists you represent, complete with their profile and documents. WHY GIG ADMIN • Simple and fast — no clutter, and it works great on your phone. • One source of truth — no more chasing details across chats and inboxes. • Reach anyone in a tap — call, WhatsApp or text any contact straight from the event.
