Gelbound: 3D Slime Platformer

Gelbound is a fast 3D crate-smashing platformer. You are a drop of living gel, rendered as real, wet, glossy slime, tearing through the treetops and the factories. Every level you clear carries water home to a withered tree in your forest clearing, and it comes back to life a little more each time, with a new move as its gift. A little shopkeeper slime rolls his cart into the clearing once you can afford your first upgrade. The levels are hard and get harder. One thumb runs the whole 3D platformer. The slime runs on its own: tap to jump, tap again in the air to double jump, swipe sideways to spin, flick down in the air to slam. SMASH EVERY CRATE Land on a crate and it breaks under you. Time a tap just before you land and you bounce high, from crate to crate across a whole row. Spin through stacks, light TNT and run before it blows, sail over Nitro, and hit a "!" crate to fill a bridge in. Glass crates show their reward inside before you break them, steel crates never break, and a checkpoint's lantern lights up when you reach it. Break every crate in a level for its crate gem, and do it without losing a life for the perfect gem. READ THE ROAD AHEAD Every level is a run through a place: walkways high in the jungle canopy, a factory hall with hazard-striped pits, crumbling floors, creatures that each fall to a different move. The light the slime casts on the ground always shows where it will land. CHOOSE YOUR PATH A wooden bounce crate is always a choice: bounce up it to a hidden walkway with an extra life, a secret gem or a secret exit, or spin it to keep your all-crates run. Slam a glowing crack in the floor to drop into a bonus room. SPARKS, LIVES AND A REAL FINISH Sparks of gel from "?" crates take a hit for you, and three set the slime ablaze to smash through anything for a few seconds. A hundred dewdrops is an extra life. Every level ends at a spring of gel, where the crates you broke pour home as drops. MORE TO FIND A secret level, time trials with relics to earn, and Castle Pinball hidden in a side alcove, with a gold score of 5,000,000 to chase. Every secret you find shows on the hub's archways.
