BAP - Before & After Photos

Precision progress tracking for life's transformations. Standard phone galleries are messy — comparison photos taken at different angles, in different lighting, buried among thousands of unrelated images. BAP fixes this with alignment-first photography and private, structured photo Streams. GHOST MODE Stop guessing where you stood last time. BAP overlays a semi-transparent "ghost" of your previous photo onto the live camera preview, so you can line up your shot the same way every time. STITCH Pick any two photos from a Stream and generate a side-by-side or top-and-bottom comparison in one tap. Export watermark-free, ready to share or keep for yourself. TIME-LAPSE Turn weeks or months of photos into a single video, compiled and encoded entirely on your device. STREAMS Organize your photos into dedicated Streams — one for each project, habit, or journey you're tracking. Add a caption to any photo; BAP suggests one automatically based on your Stream's pace (Before/After, Week N, Month N). IMPORT EXISTING PHOTOS Already started elsewhere? Import your existing photos directly into a Stream, or send them to BAP from any other app using Android's share sheet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Gallery isolation — photos taken in BAP never appear in your phone's main gallery or Google Photos • Biometric lock — protect any Stream individually with fingerprint or face authentication • No mandatory cloud — your photos stay on your device unless you choose otherwise USE CASES Fitness and body composition, orthodontic and dental treatment, skincare, home renovations, plant and garden growth — or anything else worth tracking over time.
