Configure plans and limits, manage panel providers, review claims, and track budgets—live and on the go. What you can do Configure plans & eligibility: medical, dental, optical, wellness; set annual limits, co-pay rules, waiting periods and company policies. Manage people & org: add/remove employees, assign grades/cost centres, handle movements and proration automatically. Claims & approvals: review submissions, approve/reject with notes, set SLAs and multi-level approvers, auto-flag duplicates or out-of-policy items. Panel network: manage panel clinics/providers across Malaysia; support cashless/cardless visits and reimbursements. Real-time insights: dashboards for utilization, top spend categories, claim turnaround times; export reports for Finance. Communications: send push/email updates, policy reminders and announcements. Access control: role-based permissions for admins, finance and approvers. Works with G-Flex web: changes sync instantly across web and mobile. Designed for Malaysia MYR, local receipt formats, and a wide panel network within Malaysia. Privacy & permissions Camera/Photos: to capture/attach receipts when submitting or auditing claims.
