TRAKR

FIND A DEER TRACKER WHEN YOU NEED ONE TRAKR is the purpose-built deer recovery app that connects hunters with available tracking dog handlers and thermal-drone operators in their area. When a shot doesn’t go as planned, finding the right tracker shouldn’t mean searching Facebook groups, making late-night phone calls, or trying to figure out who covers your area. With TRAKR, you submit one detailed tracking request and nearby recovery teams are notified. The Official App of United Blood Trackers and American Blood Trackers Association TRAKR was built by hunters and trackers who understand how important the decisions made after the shot can be. ONE REQUEST. NEARBY TRACKERS. Instead of contacting trackers one at a time, TRAKR uses your location to notify available tracking teams who service the area where your animal was shot. Trackers can review your request and respond directly through the app, helping you connect with the right recovery team faster. GIVE YOUR TRACKER BETTER INFORMATION A successful recovery starts with good information. TRAKR’s guided tracking request helps hunters document the important details surrounding the shot and what happened afterward, including: • Shot location • Time of the shot • Shot distance • Weapon and equipment information • Deer reaction • Blood, hair and other sign observed • Distance already tracked • Photos and video from the scene Instead of trying to remember everything during a phone call, your tracker can review the situation before ever heading your way. LOCATION-BASED TRACKER MATCHING TRAKR helps connect hunters with tracking teams that actually service their area. Available trackers can view active recovery requests in their region using TRAKR’s location-aware mapping system, helping eliminate the guesswork of figuring out who is close enough to help. PHOTOS & HIGH-QUALITY VIDEO What happened at the shot can provide critical clues. Upload photos of blood, hair, tracks, the impact location and other sign directly to your request. TRAKR also supports high-quality video transfers, allowing trackers to evaluate clearer footage than they may receive through compressed text messaging. DETAILED TRACKER PROFILES Know more about a tracker before deciding who you want helping with your recovery. TRAKR profiles can provide information about the tracker, tracking method, service area, experience, fees, equipment and other details so hunters can make a more informed decision. RATINGS & REVIEWS See feedback from hunters who have previously worked with a tracking team. Ratings and reviews provide another valuable source of information when choosing who you want helping with your recovery. DIRECT COMMUNICATION Once connected, communicate directly with your tracker without searching social media for contact information or wondering whether someone received your message. BUILT FOR THE ENTIRE RECOVERY PROCESS TRAKR isn’t simply a directory of tracker phone numbers. It is a complete system built around wounded-game recovery, from documenting what happened at the shot, to locating available trackers, sharing critical information, communicating with the recovery team and completing the tracking request. For trackers, TRAKR provides a centralized platform to receive nearby requests, evaluate each situation, communicate with hunters and manage recovery opportunities. BUILT FOR HUNTERS & TRACKERS, BY HUNTERS & TRACKERS We understand what it’s like when a hunt suddenly becomes a recovery. TRAKR was designed around real-world tracking situations and the information recovery teams actually need to make better decisions in the field. BE PREPARED BEFORE YOU NEED IT The worst time to start searching for a tracker is after you’ve already wounded a deer. Download TRAKR before hunting season so you have access to tracking resources when you need them most. One request. Nearby trackers. Better information. Better recovery decisions.
