LESS GUESSING. MORE CONTROL. Traditional shift trading often means group chats, screenshots, missed messages, and waiting for someone to respond. ShyftMate gives your team one dedicated place to offer shifts, find coverage, see opportunities, manage approvals, and stay informed. Offer the shift. Let the right people know. See when it is claimed. Get back to your life. BUILT FOR EMPLOYEES FIRST ShyftMate was created around a simple idea: your time outside of work matters too. Sometimes something comes up and you need a shift covered. Sometimes you want to work more. Sometimes you just want to know what is available without digging through messages. ShyftMate helps make those connections simple. YOUR ORGANIZATION. YOUR RULES. Every workplace is different. ShyftMate lets organizations configure their own shift types and choose whether supervisor approval is required. With approval enabled, supervisors receive a clear action alert and can review the shift before it becomes available. Because your time matters. Built for the people working the shifts.
