ruok

Your worry-free safety companion. ruok quietly monitors your phone's movement in the background. If it detects you haven't moved for an extended period, it sends you a check-in notification. No response? A full-screen alarm gives you 60 seconds to confirm you're okay. Still nothing? Your trusted contacts are instantly alerted. No GPS. No location tracking. Just smart sensor-based activity detection that respects your privacy. How it works: 1. RUOK runs silently in the background, using your phone's built-in sensors to detect movement. 2. If no activity is detected for about an hour, you receive a check-in notification. 3. If you don't respond, an emergency alarm sounds — even over silent mode and on your lock screen. 4. After a 60-second countdown, your trusted contacts (trustees) receive an instant alert with your details.
